ABOUT DEBBIE EVANS
Debbie Evans is a Registered Interior Designer and REALTOR® with over 35 years of experience across residential, commercial, and multi-unit developments.
She works with clients, architects, and builders from the earliest stages—advising on layout, material strategy, budgets, and permitting to ensure each project is fully resolved before construction begins.
Debbie is often engaged early to review and refine plans—reconfiguring layouts to improve functionality, efficiency, and overall project performance. By identifying opportunities at the planning stage, she helps avoid costly revisions and ensures the design supports the best possible return on investment.
Her work includes consulting on project positioning—whether for market housing, rental, or luxury—aligning design decisions with the intended use, target market, and long-term value.
Working closely with architects, builders, and consultants, she brings clarity and structure to complex projects—delivering spaces that are cohesive, functional, and executed with precision.
