This custom contemporary residence in North Vancouver was designed to balance modern West Coast architecture with warm, livable family spaces and timeless detailing. The home features expansive glazing, dramatic vaulted ceilings, exposed timber beams, and carefully layered architectural lighting designed to enhance both the natural materials and the surrounding mountain views.

The open-concept interior was thoughtfully planned for both daily family living and large-scale entertaining. Wide plank flooring, custom millwork, integrated lighting details, and clean architectural lines create a sophisticated yet highly functional environment throughout the residence. The kitchen was designed as a central gathering space featuring oversized islands, custom cabinetry, integrated appliances, and seamless transitions into the adjacent dining and living areas.

A defining feature of the home is the balance between modern architecture and warm natural materials. Rich wood detailing was integrated throughout the interior to soften the contemporary structure and create a more inviting atmosphere.
